Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All merchandise returned to Gloxy must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. If the original packaging is not available, please pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper protective packaging to ensure the product is well protected during shipping.

The return address may vary depending on the product and will be provided in the return instructions or return label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Purchases made during promotional sales or special discount campaigns are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
